Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery to remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping Charges

Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.
A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below Rs. 3,000. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier service issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Khady's Fabric is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
